The function of the condenser
The condenser, also known as the radiator, is usually located on the back of a refrigerator. According to different design methods, there are two types: exposed and concealed. Its function is to dissipate heat from the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant discharged by the compressor through natural convection and condense it into high-pressure liquid refrigerant.

Make the air take away the overheated part of the high-temperature refrigerant gas sent by the compressor, turning it into dry saturated vapor.
Liquefie under constant saturation temperature.
When the air temperature is lower than the condensation temperature, the supercooling effect further cools the liquefied refrigerant to the ambient air temperature.
Types of condensers
The condenser includes the main condenser, left and right condensers, auxiliary condenser, and door frame anti leakage pipe.
According to their morphological structure, they can be divided into louver type, steel wire coil type, and fin type.
According to the cooling method, it can be divided into natural convection cooling and forced convection cooling. The forced convection cooling condenser relies on a fan to force air flow for cooling, while the natural convection cooling condenser is an air natural convection condenser.
Common faults of condenser
The condenser, which usually dissipates heat through natural convection of air, generally does not exceed a temperature of 60 ℃ during the cooling and refrigeration process of a refrigerator. When the refrigerator is in stable operation, the condensation temperature does not exceed 55 ℃. The temperature of air-cooled condenser will be lower.
The general faults of the condenser include
Improper placement of the refrigerator, such as being too close to a wall, having high ambient temperatures, poor ventilation, or having been in use for a long time. The thick adhesion of dirt on the outer wall of the condenser causes a decrease in heat transfer performance, which can affect the cooling effect of the refrigerator.
Another malfunction is due to the matching of the compressor piston and cylinder, and the sealing of the high and low pressure valve plates is not tight, resulting in excessive oil on the compressor and excessive oil storage in the condenser, which affects the heat dissipation effect.
The third malfunction. It’s just leakage, the leakage point of external condenser is mostly at the weld pipe mouth.
